How much does shipping cost?
All of our products ship for free to the 48 continental United States. At this time we do not offer International shipments.
How long does it take to receive my order?
You can expect to receive an order within 7-14 days on all in stock items.
What is your return policy?
Items may be returned within 5 days of receipt, however you will be responsible for a 25% restocking fee and the shipping cost to send back to the manufacturer. The item must be shipped back in the original packaging, and in excellent condition. To process a claim, email email@example.com your confirmation number, and and item SKU that you'd like to return. You will then be provided a Return Authorization number and the manufacturer's shipping address to return the items. The manufacturer will inspect the returned items to ensure it is still in good condition, once approved we'll issue a credit to your account minus the 25% restocking fee. Please note this process may take up to 7 days and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellation requests must be made via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of the original purchase Due to our tight time frames, any orders cancelled out of the 48 out period may not be cancelled if already shipped out, and will be subject to a 15% res-stocking fee if not already shipped out.
What if my item is damaged?
If at the time of delivery you notice damage to the box, please open the box to inspect further and note the SKU number and damage description on the bill of lading prior to signing. Any concealed damages must be reported within 5 days via email to email@example.com. A digital photo of the damage is required along with a description of the damage and the SKU number. We will process your damaged item replacement request with the manufacturer as quickly as possible. Please note Just Bath Vanities is only responsible for replacing damaged/defective items and will not provide monetary compensation for materials or labor costs incurred by our customers.
What if I have missing items from my order?
Missing items must be noted at the time of delivery on the carrier companies bill of lading. If the missing items are not noted on the bill of lading, your missing claim will not be honored. For that reason, please ensure you receive all items from your order prior to signing off on the delivery. You must file the missing replacement request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days. Please include a copy of your signed bill of lading noting the missing item.
